Where is my order?
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days of being picked up by the courier. The courier in charge will send communications on the status of the delivery via the contact methods specified by you.

Are brick1 bricks eco-sustainable?
Brick1 is doing its best to protect our planet, which is why we choose environmentally friendly packaging and rely on couriers sensitive to Co2 emissions. Our cardboard packages are FSC marked and made with water-based ink. We also invite you to choose small responsible gestures towards the environment, such as recycling.
What happens if my child puts a brick1 brick in his mouth?
As stated on our packaging, it is strictly forbidden to entrust brick1 bricks to children under the age of 4.
